PDNotes stores notes solely on the device and in a folder chosen by the user. We operate no service that holds user content, and we offer no transfer of content between users. If a folder in a cloud storage service is chosen, the operator of that storage is the provider of that service, not us.

We are neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
